Simple or Full setup

You choose Simple or Full when you set up, and can change it at any time under Settings.

Full

For larger properties with separate front desk, bar and kitchen staff:

• Each person opens a shift with a float and closes it by counting cash.
• Voids, discounts over a person’s limit and check-outs with money owed need a manager’s PIN.
• Kitchen tickets go to a separate kitchen screen or printer.
• The night audit runs at 3am and shows its result to managers.

Simple

For small teams where one or two people do everything:

• Shift opening and closing is hidden.
• Limits are set wide so staff are rarely stopped for approval.
• Kitchen tickets show on the order screen.
• The night audit runs quietly.

What never changes

Every void, discount and change writes exactly the same record under both setups. Simple changes which steps people are asked to do, never what is kept. Switching from Simple to Full later loses nothing.
