Your money goes to your bank account
Payments taken through Innix settle straight into the property’s own bank account through Paystack. Innix never holds your money. A small fee applies only to payments Innix processes.

Billing questions
What counts as an outlet?
Any place that takes orders and settles bills on its own: a restaurant, a bar, a pool bar, a lounge. A hotel with a restaurant and a bar has two outlets.
Why is there a minimum for Lodge?
Lodge is ₦2,000 per room each month, with a minimum of ₦20,000. Below 10 rooms you pay the minimum.
Are there fees on payments?
Only on payments taken through Innix, such as a payment link sent to a guest. Innix keeps 0.75% of those, capped per transaction, and the rest settles straight to your own bank account. Cash, transfers straight to your account and your own POS terminal are recorded and never charged. Paystack’s own processing fee applies to payments it processes.
What if we add rooms or an outlet mid-month?
The change is charged from the day you make it, and the next invoice shows the difference. Removing rooms or outlets works the same way.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry and tell you. After a grace period the account becomes read-only, never locked: you can still check guests out and record payments, so no guest is ever stranded. It returns to normal as soon as the invoice is paid.
How does the trial work?
You get 14 days on the plan you chose. The end date is shown in the app from day one, you are reminded before it arrives, and on that date the trial becomes a paid plan unless you cancel.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at the end of any month. Before you go you can export your bookings, guests, bills and reports.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT at 7.5%.
