What Watch cannot do
Controls work because different people do different jobs. If one person takes the booking, the money and the order, no software can catch them. At a small property, Watch gives you a clear view of what was sold, paid and owed. It does not pretend to be fraud prevention.

Questions
Can my staff see these figures?
Only the people you allow. Waiters and receptionists never see reports or the record of changes. Managers and owners see everything.
Do I need Lodge and Counter to use Watch?
Watch reads what Lodge and Counter record, so it needs at least one of them. It is added to either, or to both.
Can Innix staff see our figures?
Only when helping you, read-only, with a written reason. Every such visit is logged and you are notified.
