What the night audit does
The automatic end-of-day run that posts room charges and moves the date forward.

Every night at 3am property time, Innix runs the night audit. You can change the time under Settings.
What it does
- Adds the night’s room charge and tax to every in-house guest’s bill.
- Marks bookings that did not arrive as no-shows.
- Moves the business date to the next day, so reports split cleanly by day.
Safe to run twice
If the audit runs again for the same date, nothing is charged twice. Managers can run it by hand from Settings if the device was off at 3am.
Under the Simple setup
The audit runs without showing its result. Under Full, managers see a summary the next morning.
