Charge a bar or restaurant bill to a room

1. Open the table and tap Bill.
2. Tap Charge to room.
3. Choose the room. Only rooms with a checked-in guest are shown.

That is it. The charge is on the guest’s bill at the front desk the moment you tap, because Counter and Lodge write the same records. There is nothing to hand over at the end of the shift.

Checking you have the right guest

The room list shows each guest’s name next to the room number. Ask the guest for their name as well as their room.

If the guest has already checked out

Rooms whose guest has left do not appear. Settle the bill to cash, card or transfer instead.

Offline

Charging to a room works without internet. The charge shows on the room bill on this device straight away, and on every other device when the connection returns.
