How payments reach your bank account

When a guest pays through Innix, for example with a payment link sent by WhatsApp, the money settles straight into your property’s own bank account through Paystack. It never passes through an Innix account.

Setting up payments

Before you can take payments through Innix, we verify the business. You will need:

• Your CAC registration number and certificate
• ID for the directors
• Proof that you own the bank account
• The property’s address

Setup is only complete when the account name returned by the bank matches your registered business name.

What it costs

• Payment links and card payments through Innix: a small percentage, capped per payment. Paystack’s own processing fee also applies.
• Cash, transfers straight to your account, your own POS terminal, and OTA prepayments: recorded in Innix, never charged.

Seeing every payment

Reports → Payments shows every payment with the amount paid, Paystack’s fee, Innix’s fee and the amount that reached your bank. Export it to a spreadsheet any time.

Changing the bank account

Only the owner can change the account payments settle to. It needs a second sign-in step, and the previous contact is told. This is the most valuable thing a fraudster could change, so it is deliberately hard.
