Get the daily report on WhatsApp
What the owner’s daily summary shows, and how to change when it arrives.

Every evening at 10pm, Innix Watch sends the owner a summary of the day on WhatsApp. If WhatsApp cannot deliver it, it is sent by SMS instead.
What is in it
- Rooms revenue and food and drink revenue
- Payments by method: cash, transfer, POS, card
- Cash position
- Occupancy, average daily rate and revenue per available room
- Arrivals, departures and balances still owed
- Every void and discount, with the manager who approved it
Changing the time or who gets it
Go to Settings → Daily report. Choose the time, and add other people such as a general manager. Only owners and managers can receive it.
